Passion to music got me interested in instrument making, and instrument making got me passionate about wood.
I aim to work in the most ecological way possible. I build wooden flutes from locally sourced trees that have fallen naturally due to storm or other natures occure. I forage and season the wood myself, and every flute comes with a story about where the it used to grow. I work mostly with hand tools. I use my knowledge as a musician, as well as a carpenter, to craft sonic objects, that can create touching soundscapes but also strike as visually pleasing.
